What to Know Before Registering:
- Your registration includes: breakfast, lunch, and all scheduled food and beverage breaks for the day(s) you are registered.
- Group Room Rates: Discounted rooms are available to registered attendees. Disneyland Hotel rates start at $374/night. A limited number of rooms are available at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa starting at $434/night. A reservation link will be emailed to you once your registration is complete.
- Parking at the Disneyland Hotel: $40/day self-parking; $70/day valet.
- Profile: Before registering, make sure the contact information in your profile is up to date. It will be used to print your badge.
- Workshops: You must register for at least one conference day to register for a workshop.
- Cancellation Policy: Written cancellations received before March 15, 2027, may be transferred once to the 2028 CSA Annual Meeting (a higher rate may apply if rates change) or refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations after March 15, 2027, are non-refundable but may still be transferred. If CSA cancels the program, you may transfer or receive a full refund with no fee.
