What To Know Before Registering:
Before registering, please make sure the contact information on your profile is up to date as we use some of this information on your attendee badges.
Workshops: Lunch will be included with the registration of the POCUS and Regional Workshops on Saturday Afternoon. If registering for the Regional Workshop and a Full Conference Registration, please fill out the paper form and send in to Jacob Gray to receive a $100.00 discount.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made in writing prior to March 7, 2025, may be transferred to the 2026 CSA Annual Meeting, or cancel minus a $50.00 processing fee. Any cancellations after March 7, 2025 are non-refundable, but may still be transferred. In the case the program is canceled, you will be given the option to transfer or a full cancellation without a cancellation fee.
