Hotel Room Update: 5/30/2023
Both the Four Seasons and the Disney Aulani hotels are sold out of our room
block. At this time, we will not be adding any more rooms in. The
Four Seasons is offering some discounts on their website, we would encourage
you to look there: https://www.fourseasons.com/oahu/.
Disney Aulani is fully sold
out over our dates. There are still some vacation rentals through VRBO or
AirBNB available in the area as well.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to CSA. If submitted before June 5, 2023, you may transfer your registration to the Fall 2023 Meeting or Winter 2024 Meeting, or receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. Any cancellations after June 5, 2023 are non-refundable, but may still be transferred to a future meeting. In the case the program is cancelled, you will be given the option to transfer your registration or receive a full refund without a cancellation fee.
